NW London PT uses personal information only to provide consultations, manage client accounts, process bookings and payments, and communicate about sessions.

Information we collect

Your name, email address, account details, booking history and payment status. Card details are processed directly by Stripe and are not stored by this website.

How it is used

Information is used to operate the client portal, confirm and manage bookings, maintain session and credit records, process payments and respond to enquiries. Supabase hosts account and booking data; Google may provide optional account sign-in; Stripe processes payments; Resend delivers transactional emails; and Vercel hosts the website.

Retention and account controls

Accounts may be deactivated while booking, payment and credit records are retained for operational, legal and accounting purposes. Information is kept only as long as reasonably required for those purposes.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, restriction, objection, deletion or a portable copy of your information by emailing dom.cheniart@gmail.com. Deletion requests are assessed individually because some transaction records may need to be retained.
