Bookings

A session is confirmed when payment or sufficient account credit has been accepted and the booking appears as confirmed in your client portal.

Cancellations and credit

The default cancellation and rescheduling cutoff is 24 hours before a session. Eligible cancellations are returned as account credit, not a card refund. Credit is automatically applied to a future booking. The live cutoff shown by the portal applies if Dominique changes this setting.

Late changes and missed sessions

Sessions cancelled inside the cutoff and missed sessions are normally charged in full. Contact Dom directly if exceptional circumstances apply.

Health and participation

You are responsible for disclosing relevant injuries, medical conditions and changes in health before training. Stop and notify your trainer if you experience pain, dizziness or unusual discomfort.
