Terms & cancellation.

Bookings and payment

You may select and purchase multiple 30-minute sessions in one checkout. A session is confirmed when payment or sufficient account credit has been accepted and it appears as confirmed in your portal. Sessions reserved by the trainer may remain payment due until paid or cancelled.

Cancellations, rescheduling and credit

The default cancellation and rescheduling cutoff is 24 hours before each session. Eligible cancellations are returned as account credit, not a card refund. Credit is automatically applied to future bookings. Each session in a multi-session purchase is managed independently. The live cutoff shown by the portal applies if Dominique changes this setting.

Late changes and missed sessions

Sessions cancelled inside the cutoff and missed sessions are normally charged in full. Contact Dom directly if exceptional circumstances apply.

Health and participation

You are responsible for disclosing relevant injuries, medical conditions and changes in health before training. Stop and notify your trainer if you experience pain, dizziness or unusual discomfort.
